COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Considering the current scenario with regard to Covid 19, certain policies and protocols are to be followed in our studio. The following policies are in place at our studio.

The protocols are for the safety of everyone and should be followed to proceed with the shoot. Exceptions will not be allowed.

DISCUSSIONS

The pre-shoot discussions are done over the phone only.

To keep interactions to minimum we encourage you to address all your requirements in the pre-shoot discussion so that interaction at the studio can be reduced. Of course, you can always address your concerns, if any, during the shoot.

SANITISATION

The studio is sanitised before and after each session.

The props and display items in the customer lounge area are removed and the place is now clutter free for easy cleaning.

The sofa and table is covered and the covering is replaced after each session to avoid any contact.

The props and dresses are also sanitised before and after each session.

Hand sanitisers are kept at different spots for frequent sanitisation.

HEALTH

Temperature checks using non contact thermometer for all including us is done at the entry point.

We will not able to proceed with the shoot if your body temperature is above 98.9 degree.

If someone at home is not well or sick (cold, headache, fever etc), we request you to postpone the session considering the safety of all.

SAFETY GUIDELINES & STUDIO RULES

Shoes to be kept outside the studio.

Sanitiser to be used while entering the studio.

Clients should bring their own face mask and has be worn throughout till leaving our premises. The same shall be removed while photographing the person.

Avoid touching the products /props at the studio.

Food and drinks not allowed. Exceptions : baby milk, child snacks and snacks for the maternity client is allowed to be brought to the studio.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Physical distancing has to be maintained at the studio.

Only immediate family members are allowed (child & parents).

No outsiders are allowed.

DECLARATION

12 to 24hours prior to the session clients should send a mail to our official email ID 'blissphotoart@gmail.com' confirming that no one is in quarantine at your home and none of the family members are showing any symptoms of Covid -19. The self declaration should also confirm that the client is not residing in a containment zone presently declared by the authorities.

We will also confirm our status as a response to the mail.

Till further notice we be offering only 10 sessions in a month, this would provide ample time for us to sanitise and keep things clean. Hence prebook your sessions well in advance.
