TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to parents or legal guardians of babies who meet the age criteria specified in the 'details of Photoshoot'

2. Free Photoshoot: The selected participant will receive one complimentary baby photoshoot at Bliss Photoart Studio, Kalamassery. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

3. Selection of Participant: The winner will be selected by Bliss Photoart and the studio's decision will be final.

4. Prior Appointment: The photoshoot will be scheduled in advance, The selected participant must attend on the mutually agreed date and time.

5. Photography Concept: The theme, styling, costumes, props, and creative direction will be decided by the studio. Any additional requirements like costumes for parents need to be arranged by the participant.

6. Use of Photographs and BTS Videos: By participating, the parent/legal guardian agrees to allow Bliss Photoart to capture and use photographs and behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos from the photoshoot for promotional and marketing purposes, including:

   • Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

   • Studio website and online portfolio.

   • Advertisements and promotional campaigns.

   • Printed marketing materials and studio displays.

7. Consent for Promotional Use: Written consent from the parent or legal guardian is mandatory before the photoshoot. 

8. Baby's Safety and Comfort: The baby's safety, comfort, and well-being will be given the highest priority throughout the session. Breaks and adjustments will be made according to the baby's mood, feeding, sleep, and comfort. The session may be paused or stopped if necessary.

9. Parent/Guardian Presence: A parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the photoshoot and remain responsible for the baby's care.

10. Additional Charges: The complimentary offer covers only the services specifically mentioned in the giveaway announcement. Additional photographs, products, prints, albums, or services, if requested, will be charged separately with prior approval.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the selected participant is unable to attend the scheduled photoshoot, they must inform the studio in advance. In case of cancellation or inability to attend the mutually agreed session, the complimentary photoshoot offer may be withdrawn and passed on to another eligible applicant. Rescheduling will not be guaranteed.

12. Studio Rights: Bliss Photoart reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway in exceptional circumstances, with appropriate communication to the selected participant.

13. Acceptance: Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. ​Restriction on Commercial Use: The participant is not permitted to sell, license, publish for commercial gain, or otherwise use any images from the giveaway photoshoot for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Bliss Photoart.
